Resumen:DISPOSITIVA Por todas las razones expuestas, este Tribunal de Control N° 01 del Sistema Penal e Responsabilidad del Adolescente del Circuito Judicial Penal del Estado Portuguesa, Extensión Acarigua, Administrando Justicia en Nombre de la Republica Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, DECRETA el SOBRESEIMIENTO DEFINITIVO, de la presente causa a favor del adolescente IDENTIDAD OMITIDA; por la presunta comisión de uno de los delitos Contra Las Personas, en perjuicio de la Niña IDENTIDAD OMITIDA ello de conformidad con lo establecido en el articulo 300 Numeral 2do del Código Orgánico Procesal Penal aplicado por disposición del artículo 537 de la Ley Orgánica para la Protección de Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes. Se ordena la remisión de la presente causa, dentro del lapso de ley correspondiente al C.d.P.d.M.A.d.E.P., a los fines de que se le aplique las medidas de Protección a que haya lugar, tal como lo establece el articulo .....
