Resumen:DISPOSITIVA Con base a los razonamientos anteriormente expuestos, esta Corte de Apelaciones, Administrando Justicia en nombre de la República y por autoridad de la Ley, Declara: PRIMERO: Se declara SIN LUGAR el presente Recurso de Apelación, en contra de la decisión dictada en fecha 14 de Julio de 2015, y publicada en fecha 23 de Julio de 2015,por el Tribunal Tercero de Primera Instancia Penal del Circuito Judicial del Estado Barinas que DECIDIÓ DESESTIMAR LA ACUSACIÒN FISCAL presentada por el Ministerio Público PARA EL IMPUTADO R.F.F., y en consecuencia DECRETAR EL SOBRESEIMIENTO del Asunto seguido al ciudadano R.F.F., en la comisión de los Delitos de Forjamiento de Documento Publico, Uso de Documento Publico Falso y Apropiación Indebida Calificada, cometido en perjuicio de G.A.M.V.
