JUZGADO PRIMERO DE PRIMERA AGRARIA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BARINAS

Por cuanto asumí el cargo de Juez de este Despacho, ME ABOCO AL CONOCIMIENTO DE LA PRESENTE CAUSA, en el estado en que se encuentra, por haber sido designado por la Comisión Judicial del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, en sesión de fecha 13 de mayo de 2011, según oficio N° CJ-11-1119 del 17 de mayo del año en curso, Juez Provisorio de éste Juzgado; se ordena la notificación del abocamiento a las partes, FONDO UNICO DE CREDITO DEL ESTADO BARINAS (FONCREB), y/o su apoderado judicial Abogado CESAR MIQUILARENO PALACIO Y IRLENY TOLEDO, inscritos en el Inpreabogados bajo el N° 83.878 y 90617, y al ciudadano SUAREZ CABALLOS C.E.; lo cual deberá cumplirse con arreglo a lo preceptuado en los artículos 14 y 233 del Código de Procedimiento Civil. Asimismo se fija un lapso de diez (10) días de despacho para la reanudación del proceso, que se computara desde que sea cumplida la notificación del abocamiento ordenada, luego de lo cual comenzarán a correr los lapsos para que las partes hagan uso de su derecho a la defensa, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 90 del Código de Procedimiento Civil.
Notificación que se le hace de conformidad con el Artículo 233 del Código de Procedimiento Civil.-
