Demanda
Fouad N.A. interpone demanda de nulidad de venta contra el Municipio Piar del Estado Bolívar y la sociedad mercantil Inversiones La Feria, C.A.
Se admitió la demanda incoada. En consecuencia, se ordenó emplazar a la empresa Inversiones La Feria Compañía Anónima, así como al Municipio Piar del Estado Bolívar en la persona del Síndico Procurador Municipal, para que comparezcan ante este Juzgado a la audiencia preliminar. De igual modo, se acordó notificar al Alcalde del referido municipio, conforme a lo previsto en el encabezado del artículo 153 de la Ley Orgánica del Poder Público Municipal. Igualmente, se ordenó notificar al C.L.d.P.P.d.M.P.d.E.B.. Se dejó estalecido que la audiencia preliminar se fijará una vez que consten en autos las citaciones y notificaciones ordenadas. Por último, se indicó que el lapso para dar contestación a la demanda será fijado una vez que tenga lugar la audiencia preliminar.
