Visto el presente asunto, ME ABOCO al conocimiento del mismo, por haberse hecho efectivo el proceso de rotación anual de los jueces, en este Circuito judicial Penal, en virtud de lo cual se ACUSA recibo de la comunicación Nro. 1338-07 emanada del Tribunal de Ejecución Décimo de Primera Instancia en función de ejecución del Circuito Judicial Penal del área Metropolitana, de cuyo contenido se evidencia la necesidad de esclarecer la condición del penado, en virtud de lo cual SE ORDENA oficiar al citado tribunal, a los fines de hacer de su conocimiento, que este Tribunal conoció de la vigilancia de la pena impuesta al Ciudadano: GUEVARA C.J.R., C.I. Nro. 16.179.712 desde el día 1º de Agosto de 2001, toda vez que el penado se encontraba recluido en el Centro Penitenciario de Centro Occidente (Uribana) en cumplimiento de Sentencia Condenatoria dictada por el tribunal de Control del área Metropolitana, por el delito de Homicidio Intencional simple, encontrándose el penado actualmente en la Cárcel de Sabaneta de Barinas, así mismo notifíquesele al Tribunal de la causa, que el penado en cuestión fue enjuiciado y sobreseído en el asunto Nro. KP01-P-2005-011175 en fecha 22-03-07 por el Tribunal de Juicio No. 16 (Itinerante) de este Circuito
