Vista la diligencia presentada el 28 de mayo de 2013 por el ciudadano A.H., titular de la cédula de identidad N° 5.484.943, parte recurrente, asistido por la abogada Amelis Valdivieso, inscrita en el Inpreabogado bajo el N° 150.098, mediante la cual solicitó “… se proceda a declarar en desacato al C.N.E. por no haber cumplido con la sentencia de fecha 28 de marzo de dos mil doce que ordenó reposición y nueva admisión del recurso jerárquico…” y se “…ordene la ejecución de dicha sentencia…”; se designa ponente al Magistrado MALAQUÍAS GIL RODRÍGUEZ, a los fines de la decisión correspondiente.
