Resumen:DECLARA INCULPABLE al ciudadano J.J.A.E., venezolano, natural de Valera, casado, fecha de nacimiento 14-02-1963, de ocupación Medico Especialista en Anestesiología, titular de la Cedula de Identidad N° 9.173.150, hijo de H.D.J.A. y A.I.P.E., residenciado en la avenida Bolívar, Edificio Rumbos, Piso 4 apto 23, Valera Estado Trujillo por la comisión del delito de LESIONES CULPOSAS GRAVISIMAS, previsto y sancionado en el cuarto aparte del articulo 420.2 del Código Penal en concordancia con el articulo 217 de la Ley Orgánica para la Protección del Niño, Niña, y Adolescente cometido en agravio del niño (cuya identidad se omite a tenor del artículo 65 de la ley orgánica de protección del niño, niña y adolescente), conformidad con el Articulo 331 del Código Orgánico Procesal Penal, en consecuencia se dicta SENTENCIA ABSOLUTORIA al ciudadano J.J.A.E.. SEGUNDO: No se condenan en costas al Estado por cuanto la Acu.....
