Resumen:DISPOSITIVA Por los razonamientos anteriormente expuestos, esta Sala Nº 01 de la Corte de Apelaciones del Circuito Judicial Penal de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Bolivariano de Miranda, con Sede en Los Teques, Administrando Justicia en Nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad que le Confiere la Ley, emite los siguientes pronunciamientos, DECLARA: PRIMERO: SIN LUGAR el recurso de apelación incoado por la Profesional del Derecho O.A.C., en su carácter de Defensora Publica Penal del ciudadano R.A.A.A., titular de la cedula de identidad Nº V- 23.625.123. SEGUNDO: SE CONFIRMA la decisión dictada en fecha veintiuno (21) de julio de dos mil dieciséis (2016), por el Tribunal Sexto (6º) de Primera Instancia Municipal y Estadal en Funciones de Control del Circuito Judicial Penal del Estado Bolivariano de Miranda, Sede Los Teques, con ocasión de la realización de la Audiencia Oral de Presentación del imputad.....
