INVESTIGADOS: R.O.B., portador de la cédula de identidad Nro. V-10.336.664 y otros.
FISCAL: Dra. I.L.B., Fiscal auxiliar Tercero del Ministerio Público de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Miranda.
DEFENSA: Dr. E.A.D.D., profesional del derecho en el libre ejercicio de la profesión inscrito en el I.P.S.A. con el número 73.209.
DELITO: Lesiones en riña tumultuaria.-
Decide este tribunal de primera instancia en funciones de control, la solicitud presentada a favor del imputado R.O.B., portador de la cédula de identidad Nro. V-10.336.664, por el ciudadano G/B (Av.) J.O.P., Comandante del Grupo Aéreo Presidencial Nro. 4, en el sentido se autorice al antes mencionado a salir del país, “quien ha sido designado por este Comando a cumplir comisión de servicio a la ciudad de Madrid-España en las fechas comprendidas entre el 12 de junio y 28 de junio del año en curso, ambas inclusive.”

DISPOSITIVO.
Este Juez de Primera Instancia Penal en función de Control Nº 3 del Circuito Judicial Penal de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Miranda con sede en Los Teques, Administrando Justicia en nombre de la República y por autoridad de la Ley, autoriza la salida del país del ciudadano R.O.B., venezolano, portador de la cédula de identidad Nro. V-10.336.664, con destino a la ciudad de Madrid, España, en las fechas comprendidas entre el 12 de junio y 28 de junio del año en curso. Se declara con lugar la solicitud interpuesta a favor del supra mencionado.
