En el día hábil de hoy, lunes ocho (08) de enero del dos mil siete (2007), siendo las once y treinta (11:30 a.m.) horas de la mañana, oportunidad fijada para que tenga lugar el inicio de la Audiencia Preliminar, se deja constancia de la incomparecencia de ambas partes al acto. Este Tribunal Primero de Primera Instancia de Sustanciación, Mediación y Ejecución del Trabajo de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Vargas visto como es que sin la presencia de las partes quedaría desvirtuado el principio de la inmediación, en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley se declara EXTINGUIDO EL PROCESO de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 11 en concordancia con el articulo 151 de la Ley Orgánica Procesal del Trabajo. PUBLÍQUESE Y REGÍSTRESE LA PRESENTE DECISIÓN.-
