Visto el escrito presentado por el abogado, W.A.R.A., Defensor Público Provisorio Tercero (3°) con competencia para actuar ante la Sala Constitucional, Plena, Político Administrativa, Electoral, Casación Civil y Casación Social del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, mediante el cual acepta el cargo de defensor judicial del ciudadano FILIPPO I.P.B.; este Juzgado de Sustanciación ordena emplazarlo para que comparezca ante este Juzgado dentro de los diez (10) días de despacho, contados a partir del día siguiente a la constancia en autos de su notificación, a dar contestación a la solicitud de exequátur interpuesta por la abogado J.R.E.V., apoderado judicial de la ciudadana J.M.R., a los fines que se le conceda fuerza ejecutoria en la República Bolivariana de Venezuela a la sentencia de disolución por divorcio del matrimonio de fecha 9 de mayo de 2014, y sus rectificaciones de fechas 28 de mayo y 6 de octubre del mismo año, dictada por el Juzgado de Primera Instancia n° 4 de San B.d.T., R.d.E.. Líbrese boleta, anexándole la compulsa y entréguenseles al ciudadano Alguacil a los fines que practique la notificación. Publíquese en el portal electrónico del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia.
