Por cuanto en fecha 29 de septiembre de 2014, se dejó constancia de la incorporación de la Magistrada Suplente I.M.A.I., a fin de suplir temporalmente la falta absoluta del Magistrado OSCAR J. LEÓN UZCÁTEGUI hasta que la Asamblea Nacional proceda a la designación definitiva del Magistrado (a), según lo dispuesto en los artículos 47 y 48 de la Ley Orgánica del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia.
