Por otra parte debido a que el actor pretende se le acredite la propiedad sobre un bien inmueble, en este caso un vehículo automotor, por tal motivo es preciso revisar lo dispuesto en el artículo 94 del Reglamento de la Ley de T.T., el cual dice lo siguiente:
