Resumen:CAPITULO QUINTO DECISION Este Tribunal de Primera Instancia en Funciones de Juicio con Competencia en Materia de Delitos de Violencia Contra la Mujer del Circuito Judicial Penal del Estado Bolivariano de Mérida, Administrando Justicia en Nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, hace los siguientes pronunciamientos: PRIMERO: De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 349, 375 del Código Orgánico Procesal Penal (según Gaceta Oficial Extraordinario N° 6078, de fecha 15-06-2012), CONDENA al ciudadano J.C.L.C., venezolano, natural de Maracay estado Aragua, titular de la cédula de identidad N° 25.477.906; a cumplir la pena de VEINTE (20) AÑOS DE PRISIÓN, por considerarse como autor voluntario y penalmente responsable del delito de FEMICIDIO AGRAVADO, previsto y sancionado en el artículo 57 y 58 numeral 1, con la agravante establecida en el articulo 68 numeral 3, todos de la Ley Orgánica Sobre el Derecho de las Mujeres a una Vida.....
