TRIBUNAL TERCERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRANSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MIRANDA. SEDE OCUMARE DEL TUY. Ocumare del Tuy, Quince (15) de Diciembre de dos mil cuatro (2004).-

Vista la diligencia de fecha 14-12-2004, suscrita por la abogada LLAIRA G.R., inscrita en el Inpreabogado bajo el N° 23.076, apoderada judicial de la parte actora ciudadano J.G.H. y la solicitud en la misma contenida, este Tribunal por cuanto fue decretada la EJECUCION FORZOSA, de la sentencia de fecha 23-08-2004, en consecuencia y de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 526 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, decreta el EMBARGO EJECUTIVO sobre bienes muebles propiedad del demandado, ciudadano J.A.C., venezolano, mayor de edad, cédula de identidad N° 6.846.614, los cuales fueron embargados preventivamente por el Tribunal Ejecutor de Medidas de los Municipios C.R. y Urdaneta de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Miranda con sede en Charallave; en fecha 17-11-2004, a quien se ordenar librar despacho junto con oficio, para la práctica de dicho Embargo Ejecutivo. Líbrese despacho junto con oficio y remítase al Juzgado comisionado, dejándose constancia de lo actuado.-
