TRIBUNAL TERCERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRANSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MIRANDA. OCUMARE, dieciséis (16) de febrero de dos mil cuatro (2004).-

---Vistas las actuaciones que anteceden, este Tribunal sin perjuicio de terceros de igual o mejor derecho y de conformidad con lo establecido en el Articulo 937 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, declaran dichas actuaciones TITULO SUFICIENTE DE PROPIEDAD, a favor del ciudadano, J.F.M., Venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la Cédula de Identidad Nº V- 1.730.860. Sobre una casa construida sobre un terreno propiedad del Municipio Autónomo S.B. en la ciudad de San F.d.Y.d.E.M., cuyos linderos, medidas y demás determinaciones constan suficientemente en la solicitud que encabeza las presentes actuaciones, la cual fue redactada por la Dra. N.M. NÚÑEZ, inscrita en el INPREABOGADO bajo el No.88.805. Se ordena la devolución de las presentes actuaciones a la parte solicitante, previa constancia en el Libro diario llevado por éste Tribunal.-
