Visto que, en el recurso de nulidad ejercido conjuntamente con amparo cautelar contra la Ordenanza sobre Apuestas Lícitas, dictada por el Concejo Municipal de San Diego del Estado Carabobo, intentado por los apoderados judiciales de la Junta Liquidadora del Instituto Nacional de Hipodromos; de la revisión del expediente se observa que no fue promovida prueba alguna, en consecuencia, se ordena la remisión de las presentes actuaciones a la Sala Constitucional, a los fines de la continuación del procedimiento.
