Vistas las actuaciones que anteceden, este tribunal sin perjuicio de terceros de igual o mejor derecho, y en virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 937 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, DECLARA: la misma TITULO SUPLETORIO SUFICIENTE DE PROPIEDAD a favor de los ciudadanos A.L.R.M. y M.D.D.L.C.M., mayores de edad, titulares de las cedulas de identidad Nos:V-E-82.11.727 y E-82.151.046, respectivamente, venezolanos naturalizados según Gaceta Oficial Nº 5.767, de fecha 05 de abril de 2005 y Gaceta Oficial Nº 5.727, de fecha 09 de agosto de 2004, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nos: 26.078.352 y V-26.783.049, respectivamente, sobre las mejoras y bienhechurías construidas en un lote de terreno de su propiedad que forma parte del fundo a.L.G., situado en el sector La Guadalupe, Jurisdicción de Municipio Carrizal del Estado Miranda, el cual tiene una superficie aproximada de NOVENTA Y UN METROS CUADRADOS (91 mts2), según consta de documento debidamente protocolizado por ante la Oficina Subalterna de Registro Público del Municipio Guaicaipuro del Estado Bolivariano de Miranda en fecha 06 de diciembre de 2000, registrado bajo el Nº01, Protocolo Primero, tomo 16, cuyos linderos, medidas y demás determinaciones se identifican plenamente en la solicitud. Devuélvase en originales las presentes actuaciones a los solicitantes, incluyendo la solicitud que encabeza las mismas, la cual fue redactada por el abogado F.S., inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el No 187.337. El tribunal certifica que tuvo a su vista los siguientes documentos originales: A) documento debidamente protocolizado por ante a Oficina Subalterna de Registro Público del Municipio Guaicaipuro del Estado Bolivariano de Miranda en fecha, 06 de diciembre de 2000, registrado bajo el Nº01, Protocolo Primero, tomo 16, B) plano topográfico. C) Gaceta Oficial Nº 5.767, de fecha 05 de abril de 2005 y Gaceta Oficial Nº 5.727, de fecha 09 de agosto de 2004- Devuélvanse al solicitante las presentes actuaciones y déjese constancia en el Libro Diario llevado en este tribunal.
