Por recibidas las precedentes actuaciones, este Juzgado, a los fines de dar cumplimiento a lo ordenado en la decisión N° 1238 dictada por esta Sala en fecha 21 de junio de 2006, en la cual se establecen normas procedimentales de inmediata aplicación, relacionadas con la "LIBRACIÓN, RETIRO, PUBLICACIÓN Y CONSIGNACIÓN DEL CARTEL DE EMPLAZAMIENTO", acuerda notificar a los ciudadanos L.E. CHACON ROA, G.M.R. MATA, M.C.R.S. y RAMON HUERTA GIUSTI, PRESIDENTE, CONSULTORA JURIDICA, ASESOR LEGAL y APODERADO JUDICIAL DE LA JUNTA LIQUIDADORA DEL INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE HIPODROMOS, respectivamente, que esta Sala en sentencia N° 1302 de fecha 26 de junio de 2007, admitió, sin perjuicio de la potestad que tiene la Sala para reexaminar los requisitos de admisibilidad y procedencia fijados por la Ley y por la Jurisprudencia en cualquier estado y grado del proceso, el recurso de nulidad por inconstitucionalidad e ilegalidad contra el Acto de Efectos Generales contenido en la Ordenanza sobre Apuestas Lícitas, dictada por el Concejo Municipal del Municipio San D. delE.C., publicada en la Gaceta Municipal N° Extraordinario, del 15 de noviembre de 2000. A tales fines, remítase con oficio a dichos ciudadanos, copia certificada de las decisiones Nos. 1238 y 1302 ambas dictadas por esta Sala en fechas 21 de junio de 2006 y 26 de junio de 2007, respectivamente, y, del presente auto.
