Este Juzgado Superior en lo Civil y Contencioso Administrativo de la Región Centro Norte administrando justicia en nombre de la República y por autoridad de la Ley, declara PARCIALMENTE CON LUGAR la querella funcionarial, incoada por el ciudadano L.A.T.Q., titular de la cedula de identidad Nº 14.613.716, debidamente asistido por la Abogado E.C. de LOPEZ, inscrita en el Instituto de Previsión Social de Abogado bajo el Nº 9.717, contra la ALCALDIA DEL MUNICIPIO GIRARDOT DEL ESTADO COJEDES, y en consecuencia: 1.- SE ORDENA: recalcular y pagar las diferencias de las PRESTACIONES SOCIALES, con base al salario integral, calculado en la forma indicada en la parte motiva del fallo, entre los períodos comprendidos entre el 23 de Marzo de 2006 y el 20 de Abril de 2009. 2.- SE ORDENA: calcular y pagar los INTERESES DEL FIDEICOMISO y la capitalización de los mismos, en la forma indicada en la parte motiva del fallo, entre los periodos comprendidos entre el 23 de Marz.....
