Resumen:Con base a los razonamientos anteriormente expuesto, este JUZGADO SEXTO (6°) DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ÁREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS, en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley declara: PRIMERO: SIN LUGAR, la demanda que por OTROS CONCEPTOS LABORALES incoare el ciudadano L.F.G.C., venezolano, mayor de edad, de este domicilio y titular de la cédula de identidad Nro. V-14.297.560, contra MMC AUTOMOTRIZ S.A., identificada con el Registro de Información Fiscal (RIF) N° J003120430, e inscrita inicialmente con la denominación social MMC Automotriz de Venezuela, S.A. ante el Registro Mercantil de la Circunscripción Judicial del Distrito Federal y Estado Miranda en fecha 7 de marzo de 1990, bajo el N° 19, Tomo 59-A Pro, y posteriormente modificada mediante Acta de Asamblea inscrita ante el Registro Mercantil de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Anzoátegui .....
