Vistas y analizadas las actas procesales que conforman la presente causa, específicamente el escrito presentado el 26 de febrero de 2007, por el abogado S.S., inscrito en el I.P.S.A, bajo el número 77.345, actuando en nombre y representación de la ciudadana MADDALENA R.M.C., venezolana, mayor de edad, de este domicilio, y titular de la Cédula de Identidad número 5.969.365, así como el auto que antecede donde se ordena la corrección de la demanda y se le otorga al accionante de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 459 de la Ley Orgánica para la Protección del Niño y del Adolescente, un plazo de tres días, para que la misma indicara los medios probatorios y señalara los nombres, apellidos y domicilio de los testigos, así como la indicación de los hechos sobre los que cada deponente va a declarar, tal y como lo establece los literales “d” y “e”, del artículo 455 ejusdem,
