Resumen:Por las razones precedentemente expuestas este Juzgado Superior Segundo en lo Civil Mercantil y del Tránsito de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Lara, actuando en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley declara: PRIMERO: SIN LUGAR la apelación efectuada por la ciudadana M.D.A.V., suficientemente identificada en autos, debidamente asistida por la abogado R.Z., en consecuencia, se CONFIRMA la sentencia interlocutoria con fuerza de definitiva dictada por el Juzgado Quinto de Municipio Ordinario y Ejecutor de Medidas del Municipio Iribarren de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Lara, de fecha 01 de Octubre de 2015, que declaró inadmisible la presente demanda por desalojo de vivienda.
