JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, TRÁNSITO Y BANCARIO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ÁREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS

Vista la solicitud que antecede y la justificacion promovida y evacuada al efecto, este Juzgado Segundo de Primera Instancia en lo Civil Mercantil y del Transito de la Circunscripcion Judicial del Area Metropolitana de Caracas, administrando jusiticia en nombre de la Republica y por autoridad de la Ley, declara las presentes actuaciones como JUSTIFICATIVO JUDICIAL a favor de la ciudadana M.T.C.C., venezolana, mayor de edad, de este domicilio y titular de la cédula de identidad Nro. V-6.158.766, a los fines de solicitar propiedad definitiva del vehiculo ante el Instituto Nacional de Transporte y T.T..
Devuélvanse a la parte interesada original con sus resultas a los fines de que surta los efectos legales correspondientes. Asimismo se acuerda librar las copias certificadas solicitadas con inserción en ellas de la diligencia en la cual las solicita y del auto que las acuerda de conformidad a lo establecido en los artículos 111 y 112 del Código de Procedimiento Civil.-Cúmplase.
