M. día y hora fijados para que tenga lugar la Audiencia Preliminar en su inicio, este Juzgado deja constancia de la no comparecencia de el accionante de autos, como lo es M.G. titular de la cédula de identidad No. 7.101.794 por si ni por medio de Apoderado Judicial alguno y siendo la Parte Actora la que impulsa el presente proceso, es por lo que de conformidad con el Artículo 130 de la Ley Orgánica Procesal del Trabajo, este TRIBUNAL SEGÚNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE SUSTANCIACION, MEDIACION Y EJECUCION DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO CARABOBO, en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley, considera el PROCEDIMIENTO DESISTIDO Y TERMINADO EL PROCESO. Publiquese y Registrese la presente decisión.-. Se deja expresa constancia de la comparecencia de las demandadas de autos en la persona de sus apoderados ciudadanos abogados en ejercicio J.A., E.B. y M.D. debidamente inscritos en el I.P.S.A. bajo losl Nos. 121.591,67.554 y 29.891 cuya representación se acredita según instrumentos poderes que cursan a los autos.
