En horas de despacho del día de hoy Miércoles, Dieciocho (18) de J.d.D.M.D. (2012), siendo las diez Antes Meridiem (10:00 a.m.), fecha y hora fijada por este Juzgado para que tenga lugar la Audiencia Definitiva dispuesta en el artículo 107 de la Ley del Estatuto de la Función Pública, en el presente Recurso Contencioso Administrativo Funcionarial. El Juzgado deja constancia que no compareció ni por si, ni por medio de apoderados judiciales ningunas de las partes integrantes en la presente causa, en consecuencia este Órgano Jurisdiccional declara DESIERTO el presente acto. El Juzgado deja constancia que se procederá a dictar el dispositivo del fallo dentro de los Cinco (05) días de despacho siguientes. Es todo, terminó, se leyó y conformes firman.
