JUZGADO TERCERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, AGRARIO Y DEL TRANSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO FALCON.

Este Tribunal, vista la diligencia de fecha 23 de septiembre de 2013, realizada por la Defensora Publica del Estado F.A.M.L.D.N., actuando en representación de la parte actora ciudadano M.H. así como escrito de fecha 24 de septiembre del presente año por el abogado DEULIN FANEITE A, actuando con el carácter de autos como parte demandada en el presente juicio, en el cual de común acuerdo, y de conformidad con el artículo 202, en su parágrafo segundo del Código de Procedimiento Civil, solicitan se suspenda la causa por un lapso de treinta (30) días de despacho, contados a partir de la diligencia, por cuanto lo solicitado no es contrario a derecho, acuerda proveer de conformidad. En consecuencia, éste Tribunal Homologa lo solicitado por las partes en la presente causa y acuerda la suspensión de la causa por un lapso de treinta (30) días calendario, contados a partir del día 24 de septiembre de 2013. ASI QUEDA ESTABLECIDO.
