Resumen:Por los razonamientos antes expuestos, el Tribunal Penal de Primera Instancia Estadales y Municipales en funciones de Control Nº 04 de este Circuito Judicial Penal, Administrando Justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de Ley, ACUERDA PRIMERO: L.S.R., a favor de la ciudadana: M.D.V.M.V., Venezolano, natural de Carúpano, Municipio Bermúdez, Estado Sucre, nacido en fecha: 07-09-1981, de 43 años de edad, obrera, soltera, Titular de la Cédula de Identidad Numero V-10-882-424, hijo de C.V. y D.M. y residenciado en: Guayacán de la Flores, vereda 30 casa Nº 9, Estado Sucre, por la presunta comisión del delito de ALTERACION DEL ORDEN PUBLICO, previsto y sancionado en el artículo 285 del Código Penal, en Perjuicio del ESTADO VENEZOLANO, ya que para este Juzgado tales elementos no son suficientes para decretar en contra del imputado medida de coerción alguna por lo que lo procedente y ajust.....
