JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, TRANSITO Y AGRARIO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO YARACUY.

Vista la solicitud que encabeza las presentes actuaciones, así como las declaraciones de los testigos presentados por los interesados, ciudadanos: G.A.E.V., quién venezolano, mayor de edad, casado, titular de la cédula de Identidad Nro. V-7.910.659 y WILMARY CACIOPPO CORONADO, venezolana, mayor de edad, soltera, titular de la cédula de Identidad Nro. 15.283.380, domiciliados en el Estado Yaracuy; sin perjuicio de terceros de iguales o mejores derechos, este Juzgado Segundo de Primera Instancia en lo Civil, Mercantil, Tránsito y Agrario de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Yaracuy, actuando en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, conforme lo previsto en el Artículo 936 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, declara las presentes actuaciones JUSTIFICATIVO DE UNICO Y UNIVERSAL HEREDERO, a favor de los Ciudadanos: N.G.E.U., G.A.E.D.E., Y.G.E.U., TAHIS VIOLETA ESCALONA DE OCHOA, NACARYTH LETICIA ESCALONA ULRRICH, YETZAIDA R.E.U., M.Y.E.U. Y G.E.U.D.E. (cónyuge), venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las cédulas de Identidad Nros. V-14.710.248, 7.912.547, 7.912.085, 7.579.426, 7.912.548, 10.858.677, 12.279.685 y 2.572.205 respectivamente, y de este domicilio, como Únicos y Universales Herederos del ciudadano: G.A.E. (Difunto), quien en vida era Venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la Cédula de Identidad N° V-824.915. Devuélvase los originales con sus resultas a los interesados y déjese copia certificada en el archivo del Tribunal. Se le asigno el Nro. 162/2007.-
