Nueva Ley para el Fomento y Desarrollo de Nuevos Emprendimientos

Esta norma tiene por objeto promover la creación y desarrollo de nuevos emprendimientos con el propósito de aumentar y diversificar la oferta de productos y servicios en el país, ofrecerles una regulación especial y brindar ciertos incentivos que permitan el crecimiento del sector, así como el de la Nación.
¿Cuál es la finalidad de esta Ley?
La Ley en su artículo 2, señala que sus fines son los siguientes:

Generar políticas que creen un ambiente favorable para el desarrollo del sector emprendedor.

Promover el desarrollo y fortalecimiento de la economía nacional.

Impulsar la producción de bienes y servicios que satisfagan las necesidades de la población, mediante la iniciativa emprendedora.

Favorecer el derecho de la ciudadanía a dedicarse libremente a la actividad económica de su preferencia.
¿Qué característica debe tener un negocio para ser considerado un emprendimiento?
De conformidad con el artículo 4 de la Ley, para que un negocio sea considerado emprendimiento deberá: (i) desarrollar una actividad económica con fines de lucro; (ii) inscribirse en Registro Nacional de Emprendimientos, para así adquirir su personalidad jurídica; y (iii) tener...
