JUZGADO PRIMERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRANSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MIRANDA. Los Teques, seis (06) de julio de dos mil cuatro (2004).
194° y 145°
Vistas las diligencias suscritas por los ciudadanos O.K. y A.M.B.M., ambos suficientemente identificados en autos y debidamente asistidos de abogados, mediante la cual dan cabal cumplimiento a lo ordenado por éste Juzgado mediante auto de fecha diecisiete (17) de los corrientes. En consecuencia, con vista a la solicitud de Separación de Cuerpos y Bienes presentada por los ciudadanos O.K. y A.M.B.M., venezolanos, mayores de edad, de este domicilio y titulares de las cédulas de Identidad Nos V-19.562.293 y V-17.759.266, respectivamente, debidamente asistidos por el abogado R.A.I. inscrito en el inpreabogado bajo el No. 20.558, por cuanto el Tribunal insto a las partes a la reconciliación y esta no fue lograda por lo que de conformidad con los Artículos 189 y 190 del Código Civil y 762 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, y administrando Justicia en nombre de la República y por autoridad de la Ley, DECRETA la separación de cuerpos y de bienes de dichos cónyuges en los propios términos expuestos. Expídase por Secretaría las copias certificadas solicitadas con inserción en las mismas del presente auto. Dichas copias se expedirán con la colaboración del ciudadano W.R., quien conjuntamente con la Secretaria del Tribunal firmará en toda y cada una de sus páginas, por analogía de los artículos 111 y 112 del Código de Procedimiento Civil. Líbrense copias certificadas.
