ACTA DE DIFERIMIENTO DE AUDIENCIA ORAL Y RESERVADA PARA IMPONER DE LA SANCIÓN AL ADOLESCENTE
En el día de hoy, Miércoles Seis (06) de Diciembre de dos mil seis, siendo las Diez y Media horas de la mañana, día y hora fijados por este Tribunal Juzgado Tercero de Primera Instancia en Función de Ejecución Sección de Responsabilidad de Adolescentes, para que tenga lugar la Audiencia Oral y Reservada en la presenta causa seguida a los sancionados ------------ Y -----------, (ampliamente identificados en autos anteriores), este Tribunal una vez trascurrido el lapso de espera de una hora y media deja expresa constancia de la comparecencia de la Fiscal 117° del Ministerio Público, DRA. N.B., mas no así los adolescentes antes citados ni el defensor privado R.A.L.G., es por lo que este juzgado acuerda DIFERIR dicho acto para el día 19 de Diciembre de 2006, a las 10:00 de la mañana, quedando debidamente notificada la Fiscal 117° del Ministerio Público, DRA. N.B.. Líbrese oficio a la Policía Metropolitana de Caracas, anexo citación a nombre del sancionado y boleta de notificación a nombre del Defensor Privado. Es Todo, TERMINO SE LEYÓ Y CONFORMES FIRMAN:
