Visto el escrito presentado en fecha 15 de noviembre de 2012 por los ciudadanos CAREGLIS Y.R.G., F.A.O.O. y LEUMAN G.L.A., titulares de la cédula de identidad N° 18.343.807, 3.307.489 y 11.099.902, respectivamente, invocando su condición de Miembros del Sindicato Socialista de Trabajadores y Trabajadoras de Bolivariana de Puertos de Puerto Cabello (SINSOTRABOLPC), asistidos por el abogado J.A.C.B., inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el N° 99.369, mediante el cual solicitaron se les tenga como terceros interesados en la presente causa y se acuerde “MEDIDA CAUTELAR INNOMINADA DE SUSPENSIÓN DE LOS EFECTOS de la RESOLUCIÓN N° 120601-0356 emanada del Consejo Nacional Electoral”, este Juzgado acuerda abrir cuaderno separado a los fines de la tramitación de la referida solicitud, el cual se iniciará con la copia certificada del presente auto. Igualmente, a los fines de conformar el cuaderno separado se ordena expedir copia certificada del escrito libelar, del auto de admisión de fecha 06 de agosto de 2012, así como del referido escrito presentado en fecha 15 de noviembre de 2012.
