Resumen:DISPOSITIVA Por los anteriores razonamientos este Tribunal Primero de Primera Instancia de Juicio del Circuito Judicial de Protección de Niños, Niñas y del Adolescentes de la Circunscripción Judicial del estado Portuguesa, administrando justicia en nombre de la República de Venezuela y por autoridad de la ley, DECRETA LA ADOPCION INDIVIDUAL PLENA intentada por el solicitante ciudadano P.L.M.R. a favor del n.I.O. por Disposición de la Ley ; como consecuencia de la anterior declaración, en lo sucesivo, el adoptado mantendrá sus nombres como J.A. y tendrá los siguientes apellidos M.G.. Se deja constancia que el adoptado tendrá la condición de hijo y la adoptante la condición de madre y condición ésta que regirá todos los derechos inclusive los hereditarios, creando parentesco entre el adoptado y los miembros de la familia de la adoptante, la adoptante y la cónyuge del adoptado, la adoptante y la descendencia futura del adopt.....
