Juzgado Segundo de Primera Instancia en lo Civil, Mercantil, Agrario y Tránsito de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Anzoátegui, de El Tigre.
ASUNTO PRINCIPAL: BP12-T-2007-000026
Por cuanto de revisión practicada a la presente causa, se observa que desde el último acto de procedimiento realizado en este expediente, hasta la presente fecha, ha transcurrido más de un (1) año ininterrumpido, sin que ninguna de las partes haya instado el procedimiento, se declara la Perención de la Instancia, conforme a lo dispuesto en los artículos 267 y 269, ambos del Código de Procedimiento Civil.
En tal sentido, y en virtud de los razonamientos antes expuestos, este Tribunal Segundo de Primera Instancia en lo Civil, Mercantil, Agrario, del Tránsito y del Trabajo de la Circunscripción Judicial Civil del Estado Anzoátegui, Extensión El Tigre, Administrando Justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, declara EXTINGUIDA LA INSTANCIA, por haber ocurrido la perención en la presente causa, ello de conformidad con lo preceptuado en el Artículo 267 del Código de Procedimiento Civil. No hay condenatoria en costas.
Publíquese, Regístrese y Déjese copia certificada.
