---Vista las actuaciones que anteceden, especialmente el documento protocolizado ante la Oficina Subalterna de Registro del Distrito Urdaneta del Estado Miranda (hoy de los Municipios C.R. y R.U. (Cùa) bajo el Nº 33, Protocolo 1º, Tomo 1º, de fecha 10 de julio de 1992 y el Documento de Aclaratoria registrado en la precitada Oficina Subalterna de Registro, en fecha 21 de agosto del 2003, bajo el Nº 45, folios 368 al 373, Tomo 2º Protocolo 1º Trimestre 3º del año 2003.. Este Tribunal sin perjuicio de terceros de igual o mejor derecho y de conformidad con lo establecido en el Artículo 937 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, declara dichas actuaciones TITULO SUPLETORIO SUFICIENTE DE PROPIEDAD a favor del ciudadano P.M., venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad Nº V-5.776.829. Sobre las bienhechurías cuyos linderos, medidas y demás determinaciones constan suficientemente identificados en la solicitud que encabeza las presentes actuaciones, se ordena la devolución de la misma, previa constancia en el Libro Diario llevado por este Tribunal.-
