Resumen:En merito de lo anterior, éste Juzgado Superior Estadal Contencioso Administrativo de la Circunscripción Judicial del estado Monagas con Competencia en el estado D.A., en nombre de la República y por autoridad de la Ley, declara: 1) PROCEDENTE la medida cautelar de embargo solicitada; 2) ACUERDA medida preventiva de embargo sobre bienes muebles propiedad del ciudadano P.M., titular de la cedula de identidad Nº V-3.026.058, hasta por el doble de la suma demandada, la cual corresponde a la cantidad de Cincuenta Mil Seiscientos Bolívares con Cero Céntimos (Bs. 50.600,00), monto obtenido del doble de la cantidad estimada en la pretensión de la parte demandante, la cantidad de Veinticinco Mil Trescientos Bolívares con Cero Céntimos (Bs. 25.300,00), cantidad esta que equivale a 550 Unidades Tributarias en atención a la Unidad Tributaria vigente para el ejercicio fiscal 2008, según Providencia N° 0062 de fecha 22 de enero de 2008, emanada del Servicio Nacional Integrado de A.....
