---Vista las actuaciones que anteceden, especialmente de la AUTORIZACIÓN emanada por el Instituto Nacional de la Vivienda (INAVI), de fecha veintiocho (28) de noviembre de 2000. Este Tribunal sin perjuicio de terceros de igual o mejor derecho y de conformidad con lo establecido en el Artículo 937 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, declaran dichas actuaciones TITULO SUPLETORIO SUFICIENTE DE PROPIEDAD a favor del ciudadano R.M., venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad Nº V-4.680.792. Sobre las bienhechurías cuyos linderos, medidas y demás determinaciones constan suficientemente identificados en la solicitud que encabeza las presentes actuaciones, se ordena la devolución de la misma, previa constancia en el Libro Diario llevado por este Tribunal.-
