Visto el cómputo efectuado por Secretaría que cursa al folio 150, y del cual se evidencia que el lapso para dar contestación al fondo de la demanda precluyó el día 11 de Febrero de 2005; y visto asimismo que el abogado K.M.M., inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el N° 43.704, en su condición de apoderado judicial de la empresa SEGUROS BANCENTRO, C.A., parte co-demandada en el presente proceso, procedió a presentar escrito de contestación en fecha 14 de febrero del 2005, es decir, fuera del lapso previsto para la verificación de dicho acto procesal; este Tribunal administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, declara EXTEMPORANEO POR TARDIO el referido escrito de contestación.- Así se declara.-
