Vista la diligencia que antecede mediante la cual, el abogado en ejercicio D.R. inscrito en el I.P.S.A. bajo el Nº 30.984, DESISTE del recurso de apelación interpuesto en fecha 14-06-2006 por ante el Juzgado Cuarto de Sustanciación, Mediación y Ejecución del Régimen de Transición del Trabajo de esta Circunscripción Judicial en contra del auto de ejecución dictado por el referido juzgado, este Tribunal le imparte su aprobación y lo HOMOLOGA declarando desistido el recurso de apelación intentado. En tal sentido, se ordena la remisión del presente asunto a su Tribunal de origen, a los fines legales consiguientes.-
Dada, firmada y sellada en la sala del Despacho del Juzgado Superior Primero del Trabajo de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Bolívar. En Puerto Ordaz, a los diecinueve (19) días del mes de Septiembre de 2006. Años 196° de la Independencia y 147° de la Federación.
Publíquese, regístrese y déjese copia certificada de la presente decisión en el compilador respectivo.-
