En el día hábil de hoy, veintidós (22) de junio de 2009, siendo las 11:00 a.m., oportunidad fijada para que tenga lugar la Audiencia Preliminar, este Tribunal deja constancia de la incomparecencia de la parte demandante ciudadana ROSAIDY C.M.B., mayor de edad, venezolana, titular de la Cédula de Identidad Nº 17.698.443, ni por sí ni por medio de apoderado judicial alguno, y se deja constancia de la comparecencia a esta Audiencia las partes codemandadas representada por sus apoderados judiciales por INVERSORA PARTICIPAR SOCIEDAD ANONIMA, el apoderado judicial abogado M.R.D.T., inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el Nro. 29.891, según poder autenticado que fuere consignado en este acto en copia certificada, por SINCRETICA S.A., el apoderado judicial abogado J.A.D., inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el Nro. 121.591, según poder autenticado que fuere consignado en este acto en copia certificada, y por la COOPERATIVA PROGENTE .R.L, el apoderado judicial abogado E.E.B.B., inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el Nro. 67.554, según poder autenticado que fuere consignado en este acto en copia certificada a los fines que agregarse al expediente en este acto, por lo que de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 130 de la Ley Orgánica Procesal del Trabajo, este Juzgado Tercero de Primera Instancia de Sustanciación, Mediación y Ejecución del Trabajo de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Mérida en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley, CONSIDERA DESISTIDO EL PROCEDIMIENTO Y TERMINADO EL PROCESO.
