Resumen:CONFIRMAR la decisión dictada en fecha 15/07/2016, por el Juzgado Tercero de Primera Instancia Estadal y Municipal en Funciones de Control de este Circuito Judicial Penal, mediante la cual le decretó la MEDIDA DE PRIVACIÓN JUDICIAL PREVENTIVA DE LIBERTAD al ciudadano SANABRIA M.B.W., identificado con la cédula N° V- 13.004.699, por la presunta comisión del delito HURTO CALIFICADO, previsto y sancionado en el numeral 1 del artículo 453 del Código Penal, ello al encontrarse satisfechos los requisitos exigidos del artículo 236 del Texto Adjetivo Penal. Se declara SIN LUGAR el recurso de apelación interpuesto por la Defensa Pública.
