Vista la boleta de intimación librada en fecha 02 de agosto del 2.010, a la contribuyente “SEGUROS BANCENTRO, C.A. (ZUMA SEGUROS, C.A.)”, cursante en este Tribunal bajo el Asunto N° AP41-U-2010-000382, a fin de notificar la demanda por cobro de derechos fiscales en juicio ejecutivo contra la mencionada recurrente, presentado por la ciudadana D.S.E., abogada, inscrita en el Inpreabogado bajo el N° 60.367, actuando en su carácter de sustituta de la ciudadana Procuradora General de la Republica, por la cantidad de OCHOCIENTOS OCHENTA Y CUATRO MIL SEISCIENTOS VEINTISIETE BOLIVARES FUERTES CON VEINTIDOS CÉNTIMOS (Bs F 884,627,22) . Visto así mismo la diligencia de fecha 24/11/2010, suscrita por el ciudadano Pedro J Palacios Rhode, abogado, inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el N° 48.180, actuando en su carácter de apoderado judicial de la referida contribuyente, en la que se da por notificado del mencionado juicio ejecutivo, en consecuencia este órgano jurisdiccional deja sin efecto la referida boleta de intimación por cuanto la mencionada recurrente se da por notificada en autos.
