DISPOSITIVA
Este Tribunal Tercero de Control del Circuito Judicial Penal de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Miranda con sede en la ciudad de Los Teques, Administrando Justicia en nombre de la República y por autoridad de la ley, procediendo de conformidad con los artículos 47 y 285 numerales 3 y 4 de la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, artículos 11, 24, 280, 281 y 283 del Código Orgánico Procesal Penal en relación con los artículos 210, 211, 212 eiusdem, autoriza el allanamiento de la vivienda ubicada en la siguiente dirección: ……………… el cual será realizado por los funcionarios: Inspector jefe C.L., credencial nro. 20.916, Inspector F.G., credencial nro. 23.715, Sub Inspectores P.U., credencial nro. 23.743, I.H., credencial nro. 30.125, Detective F.B., credencial 30.064 y Agente ZAIHD RAMIREZ, credencial 30.179, todos, adscritos a la Dirección de Investigaciones de Delitos en la Función Pública del Cuerpo de Investigaciones Científicas, Penales y Criminalísticas. Se declara con lugar la solicitud fiscal.
Expídase la correspondiente orden, en cuatro ejemplares, de un mismo tenor y a un solo efecto, y remítase mediante oficio al solicitante.
Publíquese. Regístrese. Déjese copia autorizada. Cúmplase.-
