ASUNTO: BP02-S-2007-004047
Por cuanto el Tribunal observa que la parte interesada Subsanó las Omisiones que se señalan en el auto de fecha 02 de Agosto de Dos Mil Siete (2007), por no ser contraria al orden público, a las buenas costumbres ni a ninguna disposición legal, se ADMITE cuanto ha lugar en derecho la presente Demanda de DIVORCIO 185-A, y sus anexos, interpuesta por los ciudadanos J.R.D. y Z.M.D.A., mayores de edad, venezolanos, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nº V-11.424.308 y V-14.763.229, respectivamente, debidamente asistidos por el Abogado en ejercicio J.M.R., inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el Nº 116.180, y fundamentada en las previsiones del artículos 185-A del Código Civil. Désele entrada y el curso legal correspondiente. Notifíquese a la Fiscal Décimo Quinto del Ministerio Público de esta Circunscripción Judicial, para que en un lapso de diez (10) días de Despacho siguientes a su notificación manifieste al Tribunal su opinión acerca de la presente solicitud. Librese Boleta de Notificación y acompáñese copia certificada de la solicitud presentada. Cúmplase. En cuanto a los atributos de Guarda, Pensión de Alimentos y Régimen de Visitas del n.X., este Tribunal se reserva la oportunidad de dictar Sentencia para proceder a su homologación. Cúmplase.-
