Vista la diligencia del 03/02/2016, presentado por el abogado J.R., titular de la cédula de identidad, Nro V- 7.532.782 inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el Nº 27.316, en su carácter de apoderado judicial de la sociedad de comercio Inversiones Cumapira, C.A., debidamente inscrita ante el Registro Mercantil Primero de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Carabobo en fecha 20 de Enero de 1977, anotada al número 29, tomo 35-B de los libros del Registro Mercantil llevado por esa oficina pública, quien es el representate, el ciudadano M.A.D.C.F., venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cedula de identidad Nro V-7.063.117 y de este domicilio, mediante el cual le confiere Poder debidamente autenticado ante la Notaria Publica Sexta de Valencia a los abogados Egad Nuñez, R.R., H.P., I.P., J.G. y J.R., venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de la cedula de identidad Nº V- 3.372.200, V- 9.829.134, V- 17.551.564, V- 4.454.602, V- 4.101.163 y V- 7.532.782; inscritos en el Instituto de Previsión Social del Abogado bajo los Nros. 14.006, 48.867, 144.344, 11.955, 61.216 y 27.316, en consecuencia, téngase como apoderados judiciales a los referidos abogados, facultado mediante poder otorgado (Folios 104-107).
