Revisadas las actas procesales que conforman la presente causa de Autorización Judicial para Cobrar y vista la diligencia que antecede de fecha 30/03/2009, presentada por la ciudadana S.C.M.C., venezolana, mayor de edad y titular de la cédula de identidad N° 17.389.326, actuando en su carácter de madre y representante legal de los niños SE OMITE LA IDENTIFICACION, quienes se encuentran asistidos por la Abogada M.V.G., Defensora Pública Quinta (5ta) para el Sistema de Protección de Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes del Área Metropolitana de Caracas, en la cual solicita se le autorice a retirar de la cuenta de ahorros signada bajo el N° 0003-0081-11-0100448020 del Banco Industrial de Venezuela, la cual se encuentra a nombre de los niños de autos, la cantidad de TRES MIL CUATROCIENTOS BOLIVARES FUERTES (Bs. F 3.400,00), con la finalidad de realizar el pago del intercambio deportivo en la ciudad de Puerto Ordaz Estado Bolivar realizado por la Organización Deportiva “Los Cardenalitos B.B.C.”, es por lo que esta Sala de Juicio Autoriza a la ciudadana a retirar de la cantidad de TRES MIL CUATROCIENTOS BOLIVARES FUERTES (Bs. F 3.400,00) de la cuenta de ahorros signada bajo el N° 0003-0081-11-0100448020 del Banco Industrial de Venezuela, la cual se encuentra a nombre de los niños, para lo que se ordena librar oficio a la Oficina de Control y Consignaciones (O.C.C.) de este Circuito Judicial a fin de que realicen los tramites correspondientes con la finalidad de que le sea entregada la cantidad de dinero antes indicada a la solicitante de la presente causa. Líbrese lo conducente. Cúmplase con lo ordenado.-
