TRIBUNAL TERCERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRANSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO M.S.O.D.T..- Ocumare del Tuy, diez (10) de enero del dos mil siete (2007).-

Por recibidas testimoniales procedentes del Juzgado del Municipio P.C.d. la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Miranda, evacuadas en fecha dieciocho (18) de diciembre del dos mil seis (2.006), désele entrada en el libro de solicitudes bajo el N° S-1980, este Tribunal sin perjuicio de terceros de igual o mejor derecho y de conformidad con lo establecido en el Articulo 937 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, declaran dichas actuaciones TITULO SUPLETORIO SUFICIENTE DE PROPIEDAD, a favor del ciudadano T.Z., venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad Nro. 1.288.854. Sobre bienhechurías construidas en un terreno de su propiedad, ubicado en el Municipio P.C.d.E.M., parroquia S.L., sector El Milagro, vereda Nro. 07, cuyos linderos, medidas y demás determinaciones constan suficientemente en la solicitud que encabeza las presentes actuaciones, la cual fue redactada por el abogado J.L.S.A., inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el N° 76.063. Se ordena la devolución de las presentes actuaciones a la parte solicitante, previa constancia en el Libro diario llevado por éste Tribunal.-
