Mediante decisión se declaró con lugar la solicitud de cambio de sitio de reclusión solicitada por el acusado, debidamente asistido por la Abg. KISBEL GONZALEZ, ello en virtud al resguardo de las Garantías de Preeminencia Constitucional, como lo son el derecho a la Salud y a la Vida íntimamente ligados consagrados en los artículos 43 y 83 de la Constitución de la Republica Bolivariana de Venezuela y sustituyó la medida judicial privativa de libertad impuesta al acusado C.A.V.M. titular de la Cédula de Identidad Nro. 18.172.154 actualmente recluido en la Comandancia General de Policía del Estado, por una de las medidas cautelares sustitutivas a la privación de libertad, de las contenidas en el artículo 256 numerales 1° y 4° del Código Orgánico Procesal Penal.
