REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA
JUZGADO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DEL CIRCUITO JUDICAL PENAL DEL ESTADO ARAGUA
EN FUNCIONES DE PRIMERO DE EJECUCIÓN
En el día de hoy, dieciséis (16) de Abril del año dos mil ocho, siendo las doce horas del día (12:00), es informado este Tribunal por parte de los funcionarios adscritos a la seguridad del mismo, que en las instalaciones del Palacio de Justicia fue aprehendido el ciudadano VASQUEZ D.J., titular de la cédula de identidad Nº V-18.164.092, a quien luego de realizar el chequeo de su numero de cedula por radio, verificaron que éste estaba siendo solicitado por este despacho desde fecha 26-02-2008, en virtud de haberle librado orden de captura, toda vez que le fue dictada sentencia por el Tribunal Cuarto de Control del Estado Aragua, en donde lo condena a cumplir la pena de SEIS (06) AÑOS Y OCHO (08) MESES DE PRISION por la comisión del delito de ROBO AGRAVADO EN GRADO DE COMPLICIDAD, en virtud de lo antes expuesto, y dada la problemática carcelaria, la cual es conocida por todos, por ser un hecho publico y notorio la huelga de hambre que han planteado en los reclusos del Centro penitenciario de Aragua en Tocorón, es por lo que se acuerda su reclusión en el Centro de Atención al Detenido en Alayón, hasta tanto la problemática sea solventada, para lo cual se ordenaron librar los oficios respectivos.
